Outside the villa, the private chlorine pool stands out - it measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters - which is fenced and accompanied by a fabulous barbecue area where you can cook delicious dishes not only on the grill but also in the wood oven. Around the house they have a wonderful garden where you can relax as well as several terraces where you can rest and have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The interior of the house stands out for the collection of works of art that accompany a classic and exclusive decoration. At the entrance we are greeted by the main room with the spectacular grand piano. There is another large dining room where you can watch TV and eat together; a large library with TV-sat and AC; another dining room for 6 people; and the impressive kitchen-dining room that has an induction fire, AC and access to one of the terraces. The laundry room is independent and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and fan, 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the main floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC and double bed except one that offers 2 single beds. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Finally, we can provide a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

Lloseta is a beautiful town located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a small city where you will find everything you need for your stay and which also holds a large market every Thursday through its streets with typical and seasonal products. The closest beach is Muro and in just 30 minutes by car, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby.

The barbecue wood stove cannot be used. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
