The complete exteriors of this house are perfect for enjoying the good Mediterranean weather. The chlorine pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.85 meters. It is surrounded by hammocks and umbrellas so you can sunbathe comfortably. You can relax on the sofas on the porch and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining room. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The interior of the single-story house offers a comfortable and modern style. The living room and kitchen is equipped with TV-sat and AC. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Three of them have 2 single beds and one has a double bed. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite with a shower and one with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you if you travel with your baby.
The house is located on an extensive farm in the countryside so tranquility and peace are guaranteed. About 6 km away you will find Cas Concos, with basic services and SantanyÃ, about 10 km away and with more services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Cala SantanyÃ, 10.4 km away, although the nearby coast is full of wonderful beaches and coves such as Cala Mondragó, Caló des Moro or Cala d'Or. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Deze accommodatie overtrof onze verwachtingen. De combinatie van binnencomfort en buitenplezier maakte onze vakantie perfect.
De indeling van het huis is zeer functioneel, we hadden genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en de drie badkamers waren een grote hulp,
Als u op zoek bent naar rust, dan is dit de plek. Het uitzicht op het platteland was adembenemend en we voelden ons helemaal in vrede.
Het huis is voorzien van alle benodigdheden, De keuken was vooral goed uitgerust om te koken,
Ik waardeerde de privacy die deze accommodatie bood. Het was fijn om ongestoord bij het zwembad te ontspannen.
Het huis is vrij ruim en de indeling is praktisch. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden en de woonkamer was uitnodigend voor onze avonden thuis.
We vonden het incheckproces soepel en eenvoudig. De gastheer was behulpzaam met al onze vragen.
