The private saltwater pool - which measures 4 x 8 meters and has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters - is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while sunbathing and the table under the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue as night falls. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.
The 2-story house has a classic and cozy style. On the ground floor we have the dining room equipped with AC, Smart TV and satellite channels; the independent kitchen that has a ceramic hob and access to the outside; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds; and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find two other bedrooms - one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed - and the second bathroom of the house, this one with a bathtub. The house also has 4 electric radiators, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 cots and
2 high chairs in case you travel with your baby.
The house is located in Son Serra de Marina, a small, very quiet fishing village, where you will find basic services such as several restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Can Picafort is just a short drive away and you will find everything else you may need there. The Son Serra de Marina beach is made of rock and coarse sand, shallow waters and a family atmosphere. You can also visit other nearby beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Wat een fantastisch huis, We waren op reis met de familie, In totaal met acht van ons, De huiseigenaar is zeer gastvrij en je kan hem altijd een bericht sturen, Het huis is super schoon en net zoals op de foto's, Er is een heerlijk zwembad waar de zon de hele dag op schijnt, Dit huis is gelegen in een rustige buurt, Ik raad aan om een auto te huren, De Lidl en Aldi zijn op 10 minuten afstand en zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto,
De villa was onberispelijk, precies zoals afgebeeld en tentoongesteld op de foto's. De plek was uitzonderlijk schoon en had alle benodigdheden voor ons verblijf. Ramon was geweldig en zeer behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf.
