The furnished porch will be your favorite place for alfresco lunches and dinners or to enjoy an evening drink. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The modern two-story house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the pool we access a large space that brings together the living room, dining room and kitchen and is equipped with AC, TV, dining table and ceramic hob. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with AC, a double bed each and access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. In the house you will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The property is located in the quiet area of ​​Cala Llombards, a short walk from its beautiful beach with golden sand and turquoise waters. Here you will find a grocery store and a bar, but for more services you can go to the nearby town of Santanyí. The area is full of beautiful coves such as Cala Santanyà or Cala Mondragó. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
