The private salt pool – which measures 10 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 meters – is perfect for cooling off after tanning on the 5 sun loungers available. The surrounding terraces with thatched roofs will allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The extraordinary 2-story house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the dining room - with air conditioning and Smart TV - which is open to the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. Still on the first floor they have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with an outside shower. On the first floor, we have another room with air conditioning and incredible views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two other bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The property is located just 4.5 km from the wonderful Cala MandÃa beach and 6.7 km from Porto Cristo, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay.
