The exteriors of this incredible villa are ideal to enjoy the good weather and disconnect on the island. The private salt pool – which measures 10 x 4.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 meters – is perfect for cooling off after tanning on the 5 sun loungers available. The surrounding terraces with thatched roofs will allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The extraordinary 2-story house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the dining room - with air conditioning and Smart TV - which is open to the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. Still on the first floor they have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with an outside shower. On the first floor, we have another room with air conditioning and incredible views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two other bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The property is located just 4.5 km from the wonderful Cala MandÃa beach and 6.7 km from Porto Cristo, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay. With crystal clear waters and soft sand, Cala Mandia offers an idyllic setting to enjoy the sun and the sea. Surrounded by lush green cliffs, its natural beauty is impressive. Een korte periode van afwezigheid, mogelijk hebben we toegang tot de barbecueplek. Het water was heet en warm, en de rest was druk.
Betrouwbare Wi-Fi-verbinding wararmee we onze werkzaamheden konden uitvoeren terwijl we doorgaan van de vakantiesfeer genoten! Het huis had alles wat nodig was.
Hier hadden we alles wat we nodig hadden. De slaapkamers waren ruim en verzorgd, waardoor we na lange tijd weer heerlijk konden slapen in een rustieke omgeving.
Mooie indeling met genoeg ligbedden rond het zwembad. Een ideale plek om rustig te relaxen als dat is wat je zoekt.
Het voelde kalm en ontspannend aan. De buitenruimte bood een fijne plek voor drankjes tijdens de zonsondergang na een dag op het strand.
De omvang van het zwembad is fijn, en de keuken bevatte alles wat we nodig hadden om maaltijden te bereiden. De airconditioning hield de ruimte aangenaam in de hitte. Bovendien had je vanuit de woonkamer een prachtig uitzicht.
Ik heb het echt leuk gehad! Het zwembad was perfect om even af te koelen. Ook makkelijk om over het eiland te reizen.
We waren aangenaam verrast door hoe ruim de villa aanvoelde. Perfect voor onze vriendengroep, waar we konden ontspannen zonder ons benauwd te voelen.
Perfecte plek om te ontspannen, de barbecueplek buiten was geweldig voor familiediners onder de sterren, we hebben hier prachtige herinneringen gemaakt,
De privacy van de villa is fantastisch
De airconditioning in alle slaapkamers was een uitkomst tijdens de warme zomerdagen. We sliepen elke nacht comfortabel.
We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. De combinatie van moderne voorzieningen en natuurlijke schoonheid maakte ons verblijf onvergetelijk.
We waardeerden de doordachte gemakken zoals het kinderbedje en de kinderstoel voor onze baby. Dit maakte het reizen met een kleintje veel gemakkelijker.
De buitenparkeerplaats voor drie auto's was erg handig voor onze groep, we hoefden ons nooit zorgen te maken over het vinden van een plek,
