The exteriors are very beautiful. Go outside and prepare a delicious barbecue after swimming in the private pool, or simply relaxing in the garden. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for cool lunch and dinner on summer nights. It is also equipped with 5 sun loungers. The pool is chlorine, measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 1.5 and 2 m. But for good entertainment, they have a tennis court, a basketball court and a ping-pong table! Rackets and balls are available. The plot has about 6,000 m2 of land with a variety of fruit trees such as almond trees, orange trees, etc., and has a direct neighbor and others in the area.

The house, with a warm atmosphere, has only one floor. In the spacious living room, with air conditioning and fireplace, you can rest, read a good book, watch satellite television or listen to some music. The kitchen-dining room, also with air conditioning, has everything you need for cooking, including gas stoves. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are right here. It has three bedrooms, two of them with a wardrobe. One offers a bunk bed and the other two a double bed. One of these last two also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there are two more bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The house completes its equipment with 3 fans and oil central heating for the winter.

The villa is only 3.5 km from Campanet and 6 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you need for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Furthermore, you cannot miss its mythical caves in Campanet. The town of Pollença is also nearby. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting. You will enjoy its cobblestone streets and all its shops. In 16 km you reach Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can spend a day on the fine sand beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella, which have incredible views. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
