This fantastic house has wonderful exteriors that offer spectacular views of the mountains. They will be able to enjoy a private chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 4 m and with a depth of 1 to 2 m. Around, you will sunbathe on 6 sun loungers. A furnished terrace and porch invite you to enjoy the best aperitifs, lunches or dinners outdoors, especially those prepared in the barbecue area. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The house is very simple and functional. It has a large living-dining room, with air conditioning and fireplace, where you can relax watching satellite television or reading a good book. The kitchen is induction. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. One of them also offers a pellet stove and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub in the house. There is 1 cot, 1 high chair, 3 radiators and 3 fans.

The house is located 1 km from Inca, a small city in the center of the island, with a lot of charm, tranquility and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, etc. In fact, in the center, located just 2 km away, you can taste typical Mallorcan dishes in the well-known "cellers", traditional restaurants. Also every Thursday morning is market day, which has been celebrated uninterruptedly for more than 7 centuries. The beach is about 28 km or 20 minutes by car, the closest being Puerto de Alcúdia. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
