The interior offers a modern and comfortable style. On the ground floor we find the living room - where you can watch Sat-TV - which is connected to the kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also 1 bathroom with a shower and 3 bedrooms, 1 with two single beds and the other 2 with a double bed. One of the latter also offers an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The spiral stairs lead us to the first floor bedroom - open to the ground floor - also with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower outside. All bedrooms have AC. In addition, the house is equipped with oil central heating, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The house is located a few km from Can Picafort where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, in addition to a beautiful sandy beach and a fabulous summer atmosphere. By car you can visit other nearby places such as Puerto de Alcúdia or Pollensa. The closest golf course is Alcanada, 18.6 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
