The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the large garden you will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 m and a depth range of between 1 and 2 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in an urbanization, there are neighbors near the house.
The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with AC and TV-Sat, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the main floor you will find three bedrooms, all of them with AC. Two have two single beds, while the third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another independent bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with AC, two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
The urbanization where the house is located is called Crestatx/Son Toni, and it is only 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Pollença is also close by, just 10.6 km away. It is a beautiful town that is worth visiting to enjoy its cobblestone streets and wonderful views of the mountains. Just a 20-minute drive away you can also reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort, where there are fantastic beaches with fine white sand and crystal clear waters, good restaurants and a fantastic promenade. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

De woning is gunstig gelegen en biedt een goede balans tussen stedelijk gemak en rust. We hebben genoten van avondwandelingen in de buurt.
De keuken was verrassend goed uitgerust. We hebben verschillende maaltijden gekookt en vonden alles wat we nodig hadden, van keukengerei tot potten en pannen.
De buitenruimte is perfect voor bijeenkomsten. We hadden een heerlijke BBQ-avond met vrienden, wat een hoogtepunt was van onze reis.
Het personeel was behulpzaam en reageerde snel, waardoor ons incheckproces soepel en gemakkelijk verliep. Vanaf het begin voelden we ons welkom.
De tuin is prachtig onderhouden, we hebben genoten van de avonden buiten bij de barbecue, genietend van het warme mediterrane klimaat,
We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd hier, de airconditioning was een redder in nood tijdens de hitte, en de kamers waren gezellig en goed ingericht,
De accommodatie is ruim genoeg voor een grote groep. We hadden genoeg ruimte om ons te verspreiden en samen van onze tijd te genieten.
