The private chlorine pool has a size of 5m x 4m and a depth that varies from 1.15m to 1.5m and there you can swim in the middle of the mountains. After a refreshing swim, two sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. Next door there is a small outdoor kitchen with a fixed barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dinners. The terrace is a beautiful place for outdoor meals with idyllic views of the towns of Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors scattered around the area.
Inside, a comfortable living-dining-kitchen with air conditioning and satellite television awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped and has electric hobs. In the laundry room, located on the terrace, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom has two single beds, a fan, a wardrobe and an electric radiator for the colder months. A bathroom with shower serves the house.
A few minutes walk takes you to the picturesque town of Sóller, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The most emblematic building is the church of Sant Bartomeu whose beginnings date back to the year 1236. In Sóller there are very good restaurants, supermarkets and cafes, in short everything you need for an independent stay. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its magnificent sandy beach, shops and bars. There are many beautiful routes and excursions around, but the most famous is a trip on the old train to Palma, passing beautiful landscapes, genuine towns until you reach the capital of Mallorca. The coves of the Tramuntana are mostly rocky, including Llucalcari, Cala Deià and Port des Canonge. Panoramic and very romantic routes guide you through the mountains, ideal for rides by car or bicycle. A car is necessary. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

We kwamen in het holst van de nacht aan, na een verschrikkelijke reis, alleen om de eigenaar op ons te zien wachten, Hoewel ze geen Engels spraken, lieten ze ons met gebaren weten dat we welkom waren bij Can Fabiol, De volgende ochtend realiseerden we ons pas hoe idyllisch onze vakantie zou worden, Een prachtig ingerichte privéruimte, een schaduwrijk terras, een glinsterend schoon zwembad zonder buren in de buurt, uitzicht op Soller en rust, alleen onderbroken door een zacht briesje en het getjilp van vogels, Absoluut verrukkelijk,
De woning ligt in een ongelooflijk mooie omgeving, geweldig terras en zwembad, prachtige tuin
De locatie is gewoonweg adembenemend, het is fantastisch en vredig met alleen het geluid van hanen, schapen- en geitenbellen uit de heuvels. Je bent omringd door citroenbomen en het uitzicht op Soller is fantastisch.
Geweldige locatie, rustig met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en Sóller, Mooi klein zwembad en barbecueplaats, De kasten waren al goed gevuld met de spullen van de verhuurder, wat het moeilijk maakte om je eigen spullen op te bergen, De huisbaas kwam bijna elke ochtend om 8.00 uur, om het zwembad schoon te maken, Daarom was de privacy enigszins beperkt, Het zou beter zijn geweest om een schepnet te voorzien en afspraken te maken, De tegenoverliggende begraafplaats is de moeite waard, Helaas schijnt deze ook een crematorium te hebben dat vaak in gebruik is tijdens de week was: Je ziet of ruikt niets, maar je weet het wel!!! Kleine hint!! Neem muggenspray mee!
Geweldige locatie aan de rand van Soller, het centrum is te voet in 10 minuten te bereiken, indrukwekkend uitzicht, parkeren op 30 meter afstand, zeer goede WiFi is beschikbaar
De voorzieningen aan de buitenkant, zoals het zwembad en het terras, zijn uitstekend
