With beautiful views over the sea, the terrace of this beautiful apartment becomes the perfect setting for your breakfasts before taking just a few steps to the sand. Upon returning from a fun time on the beach, you can rinse off the sand and salt in the complex's outdoor shower and enjoy another time in the community pool before going up to enjoy the terrace again, preparing an exquisite meal. The pool is chlorine and has dimensions of 20 x 6 m and a depth of between 1.2 and 1.7 m. It also offers a children's pool with a size of 6 x 4 m and 0.5 m deep.
The interior of this eighth floor with elevator achieves, with its wooden floors and modern furniture, a warm atmosphere so that our guests feel at home. The living-dining room is ideal for having lunch or dinner all together and then chatting while watching television. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with an induction hob, oven and other utensils, and is where the washing machine, iron and ironing board are located. There are two bathrooms in the house that have a shower and three bedrooms, all with a closet. One has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the last a single bed and a bunk bed which, in turn, is a trundle, so this bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. As for acclimatization, there is ducted air conditioning throughout the house, as well as two radiators at your disposal.
Gandía Beach is perfect for lovers not only of fine sand and clear waters, but also for enthusiasts of water sports or sand sports, such as volleyball, thanks to its large area. It also has a promenade full of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors, which invite you to come in or buy an ice cream and walk around. For a more cultural or perhaps nocturnal visit, they have the picturesque old town of Gandía that is worth visiting.
