The exterior of the house is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The porch offers you the perfect corner to rest; In the patio there is also the barbecue with a small kitchen with basic utensils for your comfort and for your children we have left a toy house. To all this we can add the grass area of ​​about 140 m2 and the 7 x 5 meter pool surrounded by hammocks so you can relax while sunbathing or having a refreshing drink. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower for your convenience. The property is completely fenced for your safety and in the patio of the house you will find a place to park your car. Being a farm within a town, you will have direct neighbors, although your privacy is fully assured.

It is a two-story house, 200 m2, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, which makes it ideal for families or groups of friends. From the terrace you can access the charming living room that invites you to relax, read a book, surf the Internet, watch television or play French billiards or carom. The attached dining room is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is one bedroom with two single beds and another two with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. They have one more bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The surroundings of Petra have a marked rural style and are full of fertile and peasant fields. This idyllic landscape invites you to take long walks in the countryside, go hiking, cycling and explore the beauty of this quiet area of ​​the island, where there are still some mills that decorate the landscape. On the horizon rises the 317-meter "Puig de Bonany" from where you can see a good part of the island of Mallorca: the Sierra de Tramuntana, the Sierra de Levante, the entire area of ​​"Pla de Mallorca" and the Bay of Alcúdia. There is also the small hermitage of Bonany. A beautiful place!
