The exteriors of the house are fabulous. For dinners in the garden there is a barbecue and a porch with table and chairs. Take a dip in the swimming pool, 11 meters in diameter, with a minimum depth of 0.9 m and a maximum depth of 1.5 m, or relax while the children play in the garden, where there is approximately 200 m2 of lawn. You are sure to enjoy sunbathing in one of the 8 hammocks next to the pool – the perfect place for sun lovers looking for an intimate and quiet place to enjoy the good weather of Mallorca. From the terrace you can enjoy the wonderful views of the countryside and the mountains. There are no direct neighbors, the closest house is about 100 meters from the accommodation.

This modern and luxurious house of 239 m2 and two floors has 4 bedrooms and is tastefully furnished. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and 1 on the 1st floor. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds (although in one room they are joined together as a double bed) and the other 2 have a double bed, 1 of them on the 1st floor and en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The property has 3 bathrooms, 1 en suite with a hydromassage bathtub, and the other 2, 1 with a shower and 1 toilet, located on the ground floor, serving the entire house. The entire accommodation has underfloor heating to be able to enjoy it in the winter season.

The large living room has two sofas to enjoy reading a good book, watching a DVD movie or watching satellite television. The living-dining room has air conditioning. The open kitchen, which is next to the living room and dining room, has everything you need to cook comfortably during your vacation, including a ceramic hob. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Just 20 minutes by car will take you to Playa de Muro. It is a very long fine sand beach where the slope and depth are not very pronounced. The area has different natural areas, where there are no hotels, and other urbanized areas where you can find restaurants, bars and bathrooms near the beach, etc. Spend a day on the beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach Sa Pobla, a town where you have several large supermarkets, bars and restaurants within reach. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
