Any imaginable plan is a good option in this extraordinary two-story designer home. Imagine being able to swim at any time of the day in the sea, located just a few steps away, or in the beautiful chlorine pool located on the terrace. It has a size of 5 x 3 meters and a depth of between 1 and 1.5 m. Next to it they have two sun loungers, within the same structure, ideal for a while in the sun or for reading a good book under the umbrella. On the other side, in front of the house, they have a large table to spend time with those tasty barbecues with family or friends, while enjoying wonderful views of the sea. For your added convenience, there is an outside shower.

The house distributes its rooms over three floors. On the ground or main floor you will find a large living-dining room for your quiet moments watching satellite television or enjoying delicious banquets. The kitchen is located behind glass doors and, with a magazine design, offers a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. Then they have a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower that complete this height. On the upper floor there is a wonderful work or study area, a second bathroom with a bathtub and two other bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe. There are two cots and two high chairs available if you are staying with babies. On the -1 floor, sports or entertainment lovers find their little refuge, as there is a gym space with several machines, as well as two bicycles at their disposal. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The entire house is acclimatized with ducted air conditioning.

The location of this accommodation is perfect since it is a quiet and family-friendly coastal urbanization. From the house you can see the sea but it is located about 200 meters away. At the end of the urbanization you will find several bars and restaurants almost on the beach. If you want to visit a more touristy area nearby, we recommend going to Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia, which is full of bars, restaurants of all kinds, shops, cafes, ice cream parlors and much more.

There are several televisions in the house but only the one in the living room has satellite. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
